The article focuses on a qualitative interpretation of the role of robotic/roboethical plots in science fiction and in drawn literature, on one side, and on "real" science, on the other. Specific attention is given: a) to the meaning of a typical code of behaviour- the law 0, invented by Isaac Asimovas an evolution of the three laws of Robotics: b) to the still unexplored correspondence between the code and the forms of posthuman political imaginary, steadily emebedded at some extent in social patterns of ancient origins and intercultural relevance.
